In the discovery phase, we aim to comprehensively understand the vision and objectives behind the Gopher Request App. Our focus is on delineating the app's purpose, which centers on streamlining the process of requesting goods and services through a network of "Gophers." By seamlessly connecting users with available assistance, the app provides a novel way to fulfill tasks swiftly and efficiently. Our exploration encompasses user journeys, available services like party supplies delivery and grocery pickup, the vetting process for Gophers, secure payment integration through Stripe, design preferences, technical considerations, and the client's approach to user feedback for continuous enhancement. Through a series of discussions and thoughtful questions, we seek to gain insights that will guide the subsequent phases of app design and development.
